Position – Appian (Architect / Development / Delivery / Project Management)

Appian Developer   –  2yrs+ Developer  to Sr. Manager level   (30  positions)

Job Location : (can be based at any one of these location) – Noida / Gurgaon / Jaipur / Pune / Bangalore / Chennai.

Appian Architect   –  Mgr / Sr. Mgr / AVP / Sr. AVP Level – 5yrs+   (13  positions)

Job Location : (can be based at any one of these location) – Noida / Gurgaon / Pune / Bangalore.

An Appian Architect is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Appian-based solutions for clients. A typical job description includes the following responsibilities:

  1. Requirements gathering: Work with clients to understand their business requirements and design a solution that meets those needs using Appian.
  2. Solution design: Develop high-level and detailed design documents, including architecture diagrams, data models, and process flows.
  3. Solution development: Write code to implement the solution, including custom plugins and integrations with other systems.
  4. Testing: Test the solution to ensure that it meets the requirements and functions as expected.
  5. Deployment: Deploy the solution to the client’s environment, including configuring Appian to work with their existing infrastructure.
  6. Support: Provide ongoing support for the solution, including fixing bugs and addressing any issues that arise.
  7. Mentoring: Mentor junior developers on best practices for Appian development and architecture.

The ideal candidate should have:

  1. Strong experience with Appian development and architecture, including experience with Appian’s Process Modeler, Tempo, and SAIL.
  2. Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and other programming languages.
  3. Strong understanding of database design and management.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to work well in a team environment.

Appian Architect :  Must Have

  • Extensive exposure in Appian Low Code Platform/Application Development
  • Appian Level 3 certified with experience in creating solution architecture
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in setting up Appian Delivery teams and best practices
  • Experience in Appian Delivery Governance Model, Appian Development, UX, Technical Health Checks and Application Performance & Security Reviews
  • Experience in integrating XML/Web API Interfaces

Good To Have

  • Experience working in Agile Methodology
  • Database knowledge and experience preferred
  • Insurance domain knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication skills

  1. Project management: Manage the delivery of Appian projects from beginning to end, including setting project goals, defining scope, developing project plans, and tracking progress.
  2. Client management: Act as the primary point of contact for the client, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues that arise.
